- Omakase uses industrial grade equipment that allows us to process raw ingredients while they are frozen, and does not require thawing to bring about superior freshness in our products.
- Omakase employs advanced blast freezing technology to rapidly cool our freshly made meals to -18 degrees Celsius, effectively locking in freshness and preventing microbial and bacterial growth.
- We maintain this critical temperature throughout delivery by partnering with reputable logistics providers equipped with cold trucks. This guarantees that each meal arrives at your doorstep with its freshness and quality perfectly preserved, ensuring your pet receives the freshest meal possible.

We test for various microbes, bacteria and various food contaminants to be able to understand our manufacturing efficiency in the resulting product to maintain a high quality end product.
